Hi Mano, Greetings !
Let me specify few points...

Question From Ramesh Kumar : Hi Sir, I am 2011Fresher.My qualification is B.E(CSE). I am trying for software job. I am Good at java/j2ee.I tried job from past 1 Year and attended 50 + Job Interviews , but could not able to get the job. What should I do now? I am very much worried . I attached my resume . Where ever I go now , they are looking me like Gap holder .They are not even treating me like a fresher. They are saying that, now 2012 Freshers came out, You are Not Fresher. Please Suggest me to get the Job. Thank you.
Answer From Somesh :
Hi Ramesh , I read your question and reviewed your Resume.
Let me say some of my thoughts about your Job search.
My First point is , Don’t worry. Jobs are available for 2011 Freshers. Still you are having scope to get a Job in Fresher Category . To Get The Job , You can follow few steps..
1. Analyse your self. Write where you are weak and where you are strong.
For e.g.
You are Good at Java/J2EE
What about your Aptitude Skills ? (If you are weak at this area , try to do practice and improve your skills. MNC’s will be conducting Aptitude Test to filter candidates)
Your Communication Skills
Your Presentation Skills
Etc….You Note down and where ever you are weak , try to strengthen yourself (ASAP).
2.Update Your Resume. I reviewed your Resume. At first Page you have placed your Personal and academic details. Change those to 2nd page. At First Page place your Expertise / Skills.
3. Be in touch with subject. Better develop Your Java/ J2EE skills. Try to do some projects by your own. Projects might be application / system projects.
For e.g. Try to re-write the Insurance application , by researching the core functionality at internet OR Try to re-write the Facebook application or Norton Antivirus application, etc…This type of practice will develop your technical skills.
Try to spend at least 2 – 4 hours for Technical Improvement.
4. Apply at least 10 – 30 Jobs per week. Browse the Job websites daily and apply jobs regularly. Don’t get Frustrated to apply jobs.
5.Try to Join as a Part Time Faculty Or Co-coordinator for Free / Payment at some Institute. It will Improve Subject skills / Confidence / Communication. (OR) try to browse few Online Freelancer Popular Job websites such as elance, odesk ,etc and try to complete the tasks , and as well as bid for the small projects.
6.Meet at least 2 – 3 Placement Consultants every week. Try to meet 1 – 2 Job Referrals( Relatives / Friends / Friends – Friends ).Submit your Resume and follow-up them every week.
7.Try to create a Blog / web page and update that Page with Latest Technical trends as well as your Software (Make your source code downloadable ). Keep this Blog / web page Details @ Your Resume.
8.If you could able to afford , get an International Certification at your Field. For Java , SCJP , etc. But Make sure you will be achieved that with your Caliber.
9.Fix Time period to get your 1st Priority Job. Let us say , keep 6 Months time. If you could not able to get , it’s better to try for 2nd Priority job.
10.Ignore all the criticisms (from relatives / friends / anybody ).Concentrate only on your Goal. Believe that , “ a day will be yours …. Surely yours”. Try with Positive spirit , so that You will win The Job soon.
Apart from these , if you are interested and as well as if you fell that you are having talent you can try Recruitment Assessment Test , such as R-SAT / RCCP.
